The website only collects personal data through the contact form: name, email address, subject, message and, where relevant, the work concerned. This data is used solely to answer your request. The legal basis is the artist’s legitimate interest in answering the messages sent to her (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No data is used for marketing or passed on to third parties.

Recipients and processors

Messages are read by Valérie Billet. They are stored on the website’s server, hosted by Sarty — Gabin Issartial, entrepreneur individuel (SIRET 912 673 704 00041), and can be viewed from the Sarty management area, the website’s technical provider, solely to run the service. Retention period

Messages are kept for at most 12 months and then deleted automatically. They can be deleted earlier on request.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party content (videos, maps, social networks): fonts, images and videos are served by the website itself. No consent banner is therefore needed. Links to social networks are plain links.

Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to messages is restricted to the artist and her provider through authenticated access.
